How do I know if CBD is right for me?

Is CBD/Hemp oil legal?
Yes. It is legal in all 50 states, provided THC content is less than 0.3%
Will I fail a drug test?
No. Drug tests for employment should be done using Mass Spectroscopy. As long as the product you are taking has less than 0.3% THC you will not fail a drug test.
How long will it take before I know it’s working?
Most people will notice a difference in the way they feel after a few days. We recommend trying a product for 7 consecutive days before discontinuing or increasing dosage amount. Most people notice a difference when taking it at least twice a day.
When should I take it?
Start with one dose in the morning or with breakfast and then add future doses at the same time as meals. That will help you remember to take it. It is recommended to take CBD on an empty stomach with a high fat food or meal, and at the same time every day.
Do I need a prescription?
No. CBD/Hemp oil is considered a supplement and does not require a prescription.
How much do I take?
There is no set dosage. Each person’s ideal dosage is different, and finding it takes patience and an integrated step approach.
Are there any side effects of ingesting CBD or hemp oil?
Yes, though they are not prevalent, and are usually mild. Potential side effects include: lightheadedness, hypotension (low blood pressure), dry mouth, and drowsiness. If you are taking any other OTC medications it is best to consult with your doctor before taking CBD.
Is CBD/hemp oil addictive?
No. CBD is not addictive. You do not develop a physical dependence to it, and you can stop and start use with no side effects. This is very different from using opioids.
